Welcome. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Authentic Horizons, Matej Vozel s.p. (the “Provider”), including but not limited to coaching, group programs, workshops, and other related products and services.
By using any of these services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Payment Terms
By registering for a service, the client agrees to pay the agreed fee.
Payments are processed through a secure payment provider (Stripe).
Prices are listed on the respective sales pages or agreed upon individually and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
In the case of installment payments, the client agrees to pay all installments according to the agreed schedule, regardless of later non-attendance or discontinuation of participation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are available within [e.g. 14 days] from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program in the event of insufficient registrations or other justified reasons. In such cases, clients will be offered either a refund or the option to transfer to another session or program.

The Provider aims to offer support, guidance, and insight but does not guarantee specific results.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.
Each client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
6. Personal Data Protection
By using the services, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, processed, and stored.
Personal data is used solely for the purpose of service delivery and internal records, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and methods used within coaching sessions and programs are protected by copyright.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Provider.
