My path
I’m still part of the business world — but I no longer follow structure blindly.
Today, I follow truth.
For many years, I built my life by the rules: career, responsibility, achievement.
On the outside, I was effective, reliable, successful.
On the inside, I felt empty — disconnected from myself, my emotions, and the quiet spark that makes life feel alive.
When I finally broke, I didn’t fall apart.
I woke up.
I began investing in myself — not by doing more, but by listening more.
To my body.
To my breath.
To my emotions.
To that quiet inner voice that had always known: there is more to me, if I allow myself to be who I truly am.
Why I do this work
This isn’t just a business for me.
It’s a lived process - one I walk every day, and one I invite others into.
Lead Yourself – A Path Back to Yourself™ is the result of that journey.
It’s not a rigid system. It’s an experience of rebuilding inner clarity, strength, and calm - so you can lead yourself (and others) from a place of authenticity rather than pressure.
My podcast Teorija Uspeha (Slovenian podcast)and my individual coaching are part of the same mission: to awaken a generation of people who are no longer searching for more, but for connection - with who they truly are.
My Approach
I work with people who look “fine” on the outside, but feel something is missing on the inside.
People who aren’t broken - but aren’t fully alive either.
People who know it’s time to stop playing roles and start living from real connection with themselves.
My work is grounded in:
somatic intelligence and nervous system regulation
inner parts work (IFS) and identity integration
values-based leadership and vision
embodied decision-making
I trained at:
Elementum Coaching Institute under the mentorship of coaches Christine Hassler, Stefanos Sifandos, Alexi Panos, and Preston Smiles.
The Integral Coaching Institute under mentorship of Sami Bugay and Jasna Knez.
My Values
Family — my foundation
Freedom — not as escape, but as a conscious choice
Creativity — expression that goes beyond words
Safety — the space where you’re allowed to exist as you
“If you’re at a point where you want to hear yourself again, I’ll walk beside you.
Lead yourself — and your life will follow.”
